
Guy Jennings is recognised as a leading authority in the field of Impressionist and Modern Art, joining The Fine Art Group in 2014 as a Senior Director. From 1992, Guy has had senior roles across Christie’s as Head of the Impressionist and Modern Art in France and Switzerland, later Deputy Chairman of Impressionist and Modern Paintings, and also served as Deputy Chairman of Sotheby’s Europe. His first book on the subject, “Impressionist Painters”, was published in 1986. He is frequently asked to comment on the art market by leading publications, including The Financial Times, The Times, The New York Times, Artnet News, The Telegraph, Bloomberg, and The Art Newspaper. Additionally, he frequently serves as an expert witness in art related cases. Guy was educated at Trinity College, Oxford.
