Tad Smith

Chairman, Supervisory Board

Tad Smith joined as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of The Fine Art Group in 2023 and also serves as a member of the Chairman’s Office since 2025. He is also a Partner at 1 RoundTable Partners/10T Holdings, growth equity firms investing in blockchain-enabled businesses. Tad previously served as CEO of Sotheby’s, where he led the firm’s digital transformation and growth, culminating in its $3.7 billion sale. Before Sotheby’s, he was President and CEO of The Madison Square Garden Company, a NYSE-listed global entertainment business. In addition to his board responsibilities, Tad is an adjunct professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he teaches strategy for technology, media, and entertainment companies.
