Virginia Mann

Virginia Mann is the Associate General Counsel of the Fine Art Group. During her studies, Virginia was nominated for the Order of the Coif from Tulane University Law School, before beginning her legal career as an associate at Paul Weiss in the Intellectual Property Group of the Corporate Department for five years. After nine years in private practice, Virginia joined Sotheby's in-house legal team as a transactional attorney handling auction and private sale consignment agreements for New York, as well as providing general corporate advice. Based in New York, Virginia advises on all aspects of The Fine Art Group's business, particularly drafting and negotiating private sales, advisory, appraisal and lending agreements.
